Do you plan and run these experiences yourselves?

Yes. ALVIA is a Dubai and wider-UAE specialist. From yachts and helicopters to observation venues, restaurants, spas and guides, we design each experience around your profile, personally coordinate and oversee every stage, and one ALVIA team stays accountable for how it lands.

How do you make sure a specific experience works out?

We plan it around the details that decide it, the light, the weather window, entry conditions and your timing, and we hold the pieces together ourselves. You have a dedicated point of contact throughout, and if anything needs solving, we solve it.

How do you help me choose from so many options?

We start from a handful of decision variables, duration, location, timing, who is present, privacy, weather, any motion sensitivity, accessibility, transfer, dress, dining and the occasion, and narrow an overwhelming list to the few that genuinely fit you, explaining what suits you and why.

What does “private” actually mean for an experience?

It varies by format, so we are precise. A private table is your own reserved table within a shared venue; a private venue or charter is exclusive to your group; a shared experience places you alongside other guests. We tell you which applies before you decide.

Can an experience be arranged as part of a wider trip or stopover?

Yes. A single experience can stand alone, sit inside a stopover, or form one moment within a complete journey. We sequence it around your movement, rest and timing so it lands well rather than feeling bolted on.

What about cancellations and changes?

We set out the cancellation and change terms clearly in your proposal, weather-dependent experiences on water or in the air especially, so the conditions are clear before you commit. Where a moment depends on the weather, we plan sensible fallbacks and look after the reshuffle ourselves.
