ALVIA SIGNATURE TRAVEL & TOURISM

Accessibility Statement

Our approach to inclusive access and practical assistance.

Effective date: 22 August 2026

ALVIA wants its website and digital information to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including People of Determination, older visitors and people using assistive technologies.

1. Our commitment

This statement applies to alviasignaturetourism.ae and the public website pages controlled by ALVIA Signature Travel & Tourism - FZCO ("ALVIA", "we", "us" or "our"). We work to remove avoidable barriers and to provide a practical alternative when a visitor cannot access information or complete an enquiry online.

2. Our accessibility target

Our technical target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-time certificate. This target does not mean that every page, file or third-party component has been formally audited or is fully conformant at all times.

3. Measures we aim to maintain

As the website develops, we design, review and improve it with attention to:

  • Clear page structure, meaningful headings, readable language and consistent navigation.
  • Keyboard access, visible focus indicators and a skip-to-content link.
  • Text and controls with sufficient colour contrast, clear labels and understandable error messages.
  • Alternative text for informative images and appropriate treatment of decorative images.
  • Responsive layouts, text enlargement and page reflow without unnecessary loss of content or function.
  • Reduced-motion preferences and avoidance of unnecessary flashing or disruptive animation.
  • Forms that can be understood and completed using common browsers, keyboards and assistive technologies.

4. Browser and assistive-technology support

The website is intended to work with current versions of widely used browsers and operating systems. It should also support common screen readers, zoom tools, voice input and keyboard navigation. Very old browsers or unsupported combinations may provide a more limited experience.

5. Known and possible limitations

Some content or functions supplied by third parties may not fully meet our accessibility target. This may include maps, social-media content, videos, payment pages, messaging platforms, booking or enquiry tools, downloadable documents, and information operated by travel providers.

We may not control the underlying code of those services. Where a barrier affects an ALVIA enquiry or service, we will make reasonable efforts to provide the relevant information or assistance through another suitable format or channel.

6. Requesting an accessible alternative

If you cannot access a page, document, form or important piece of information, please contact us. Tell us the page or content involved, the difficulty you experienced and the format or assistance that would help. You may also mention your browser, device or assistive technology if you are comfortable doing so.

We will review the request and make reasonable efforts to provide the information or support in an accessible way. Please do not send unnecessary passport, payment or medical information when reporting an accessibility issue.

7. Feedback and complaints

Accessibility feedback helps us improve. Contact ALVIA at concierge@alviasignaturetourism.ae or +971 52 231 3302. Please use the subject line "Accessibility Request" where possible. Location: Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

8. Review and UAE legal context

We may update this statement as the website, technology, recognised standards or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published with a revised effective date.

This statement is intended to be read and applied in accordance with applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the Emirate of Dubai, including applicable protections for People of Determination. We also take account of recognised UAE digital-accessibility guidance. Nothing in this statement limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.
