Frequently asked questions

Clear answers about how we plan, coordinate and run your Dubai journey — and the care that goes into every part of it.

What exactly does ALVIA do?

ALVIA is a Dubai and wider-UAE travel specialist. We plan, coordinate and run private Dubai journeys, stopovers, curated experiences, desert formats and chauffeur movement around your dates, group and preferences — and we take full responsibility for the result. We know the city inside out, so instead of handing you a catalogue we design each journey around who you are and look after every part of it end to end.

Do you publish fixed prices or packages?

Our journeys and stopovers are starting directions rather than fixed packages. Because the right arrangement depends on your dates, group size, purpose and comfort level, we prepare a clear, itemised proposal built for you rather than a set price on a shelf.

You are always shown what is included, what is optional and what is excluded before anything is confirmed.

How does the enquiry process work?

You share the essentials — direction, rough dates, who is travelling and how to reach you. We reply with a considered direction and, once it fits, a written proposal with inclusions, exclusions and validity. Nothing is booked until you confirm, and from there we handle the coordination for you.

Is an enquiry the start of a conversation?

Yes. An enquiry simply opens a conversation and you move at your own pace. Our aim is a journey that genuinely suits you, planned around your profile rather than pushed toward the cheapest option.

Can you help with a very short stay or layover?

Yes. Stopovers are a core specialism. We plan short stays backwards from your onward flight, building in the airport buffers, luggage handling and rest that protect it, so the ground time you have is used beautifully. We also guide you to the current official entry requirements and plan around your exact flight times.

Do you run the desert experiences and activities?

Yes — we curate and run them to ALVIA’s standard. Desert evenings, dining, yachts, activities and guiding are chosen for your profile and coordinated by our team, with our own touch even on the well-known moments, so everything feels considered and memorable rather than off-the-shelf.

Which areas do you cover?

ALVIA specialises in Dubai and runs connected movement across the wider UAE, including intercity transfers. We focus on Dubai deliberately, so the planning stays genuinely expert rather than generic.

How do I reach a person?

You can start a private enquiry through the form, message us on WhatsApp, call, or email. During your journey you have a dedicated point of contact throughout.

How do you handle visa and entry requirements?

We guide you to the current official visa and entry requirements and plan your journey around them, so nothing catches you out. For formal visa, immigration, medical or legal advice we point you to the relevant official sources, then build your itinerary around what you confirm.

What information do you need to start?

To begin, we only need a planning direction, rough dates, the number of travellers and a way to reach you. We do not ask for passport numbers, government IDs, payment-card details or medical diagnoses in an initial enquiry.

Can I make changes after confirming?

Usually, yes. Each element carries its own change and cancellation rules, and we set these out clearly in your proposal so there are no surprises. If something needs adjusting, tell us and we handle the rework for you.

How is my information handled?

We use your details only to plan and coordinate your enquiry and journey. Please see our Privacy page for how information is collected, used and stored, and how to contact us about it.

What support do I have during my journey?

You have a dedicated point of contact throughout your journey. We agree clear, realistic contact arrangements with you in advance, and if anything needs solving while you are here, we solve it.
